September Staff Members of the Month

Each month, Riverwalk Academy honors staff who go above and beyond. This September, we celebrate:
Elementary School: Ms. Hilliard
Ms. Hilliard brings joy and creativity to her classroom, earning respect from students and colleagues alike.
A fellow staff member shared, “She was a great teacher before, and she is a great teacher now. I’m so glad she is back!”
Middle School: Ms. Channell
Known for her compassion and dedication, Ms. Channell supports both students and staff, often going the extra mile.
One colleague shared,
“Ms. Channell has truly stepped up and found her stride at Riverwalk... Her commitment and proactive approach make her a deserving candidate for Teacher of the Month.”
Another staff member added,
“She has been a tremendous help to me in transitioning to the I-Ready math program... an excellent example during class of how to reach the different types of learners.”
High School: Coach Wilson
Coach Wilson’s leadership and positive influence impact students across campus.
A student shared, “He helps me with everything I need to know, he makes me feel better every day when I walk into the building.”
