Ms. Huffstetler — Elementary Staff Member of the Month
As a 1st grade instructional assistant, Ms. Huffstetler has been a tremendous help to the first grade team. A colleague shared: "She knows what we need before we actually need it! She's simply incredible!" Ms. Huffstetler exemplifies the anticipation, care, and steady support that make our youngest learners feel safe and set up for success.
Ms. Channel — Middle School Staff Member of the Month
A dedicated advocate for every student she serves, Ms. Channel goes above and beyond to ensure her students receive the support they need while also contributing to the success of the entire grade level. As one colleague noted: "Her commitment, collaboration, and intentional instruction are evident in the progress her students have made." She has fostered meaningful growth within her caseload while making a positive impact across the grade level.
Mr. Wilson — High School Staff Member of the Month
This month's high school honoree was nominated not by a colleague, but by one of his own students, a testament to the impact he has in the classroom. As the student shared: "He is so inspirational to all of the kids in my and everybody's class." Mr. Wilson embodies what it means to leave a lasting impression on the students he teaches.
